I suspect Ed meant KB/sec, since 190 KB/sec (aka 190 kB/sec, but not 190 kb/sec) is fairly normal in my experience. Lows tend to be on specific sites that are throttled, but highs may be in the 280 KB/sec, 320 KB/sec or higher, range. Terry
