Yes, but with Linux on them they'll be running, and a moving target is hard to hit. Shouldn't they put Windows on them, so they'll slow down and lock-up? They'd be a much better, not to mention more satisfying, target then. I'd be interested to see the aftermath of a minivan plowing into several full racks of running machines.
