Michael Robertson, in his Lindows newsletter, reports
that TigerDirect has sold out of its $229 Lindows
computers.  Seems it was their top seller.

Considering the poor reputation TigerDirect has in
the trade, seems remarkable.  Trust WalMart will
have similar success, but haven't seen any reports.

Does suggest that a mass marketer can sell even
a clunky machine if it has a version of Linux that
is already installed, configured, and ready to be
used by a rank beginner.
