No, this is not the case. Only 2 libraries are used by this file, and
neither is missing.

/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)
# ls /lib/i686/libc.so.6 /lib/ld-linux.so.2
/lib/i686/libc.so.6 /lib/ld-linux.so.2
