Hello all, I'm new to the list. I'm from NOLUG in New Orleans, where I administer the mailing list and am usually the one that presents topics at our monthly meetings. Some of you know me already, probably.
I used to live in Baton Rouge, and miss it dearly. Hopefully one day I'll have a chance to move back. I do a little freelance work (see my page) here and there, and had a real job up until last week. My wonderful employer held a round of layoffs while I was on vacation, and I returned to work to find out that I was on the kill list.
