That's how we (SLU) do it.  I don't feel you, or Spamassassin can or will
ever be able to tell what's spam for one person, and good mail for
another.  So just add the spam score in the headers, and let your users 
filter it how they see fit.

Although we do maintain a blacklist of a few hundred domains that are 
obvious spam domains (ie promotionsforyou.com and such).  But this is a 
manual process.
