Reader NZheretic points out that less than a year ago, Jim Allchin <a 
href="http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,3959,5264,00.asp";>swore under 
oath</a> that disclosing the Windows operating system source code could 
damage national security.

Doesn't this mean that Microsoft should be tried for treason? Remember that 
Jim Allchin is the same Microsoft executive who implied that Linux was "<a 
href="http://news.cnet.com/investor/news/newsitem/0-9900-1028-4825719- 
RHAT.html?tag=ltnc">un-American</a>".
