Was anyone out there using COX.net when it was [EMAIL PROTECTED] and went through the conversion process with them? I received a letter in the mail talking about a class action suit against COX. I just wonder if anyone has any better information about this suit. Isn't there some COX employees on the list that can offer some insight? Basically the letter says if you want in on the suit then don't do anything and you'll get some further instructions.
I was with COX during the conversion, being a system admin, I didn't think it went all that bad. I know what it's like to convert your systems and network over to something else. I've never experienced a system conversion on such a large scale. I would never have expected COX to keep the system up and running 24/7 during this time. My eyes get real glossy when I get a few paragraphs in to this small font letter they sent. I just wonder if any one can sum up the good and bad of it?
