$ gpg --send-keys --keyserver servername
the second argument is optional if you haven't defined a keyserver in
~/.gnupg/options.  You can also specify a name parameter after "--send-keys"
if you have multiple keys.  I use wwwkeys.de.pgp.net for my keyserver.
