Last month, I had trouble loading up Open Zaurus from a 64M compact flash card. 
 It turns out that the Zaurus can't see a CF card that big on start up.  Making 
a 16M dos partition with cfdisk and mkdosfs fixed the problem.  Losing ogg123 
and a console after a system crash was enough to motivate me to solve that 
problem.  That and background images.  You gotta have nice images.
