Ink jet + clear packing tape = bumper sicker. Just cover your paper and leave a large enough margin to keep the rain out. It's shiny and even comes off in one piece. It does not stretch as well as a "real" sticker, though. If you have the image in your mind, it's faster to make than finding one on line. Clear packing tape rules.
