You want to look at this: http://www.sonicwall.com/products/sohotzw.html You can configure it to require clients to connect to it using IPSec. I'm demo-ing one of them right now, very nice piece of equipment. It's built very well, has a stronger radio than most other APs, and has higher gain antennas.
