Hi, I'm confused after all of this. Cox blocks ports 80 and 21 (I think), and I use a dynamic IP service on a web server, can they detect that I am running a web server/ftp server/vpn, and if so, will they cancel my account? I will be going to college and would like to transfer files between home and college (even if it is slow).
