More teachers, more authority, and better discipline. 
When I went to school if someone brought a gun to
school it was for hunting quail after school.  This is
not the case any more.  The teachers need the
authority to strap the kids that need it early on. 
There also needs to be a law that forces parents to
act like adults.  Children are having children and we
need to break the cycle.  Computers in the school will
not fix it.  Sorry for the rant, but the schools are
not safe, and out of control.
