Ha ha, it will be a while till I buy a $7 six pack again, and I did it with my wife's help. We bought some Schlitz for smoking chicken because it was some of the cheapest beers on the shelf. Not having much money for beer these days, I challenged my wife to tell the difference between it and Shiner with her eyes closed. We both flunked. We later repeated this, with Heineken and our eyes wide open. Yes, we both flunked again. Having shown a preference for the humble Schlitz twice, we will now see if we can tell it from Butwiper, Miller and others.
Any suggestions? Are we simply pigs?
