Karthik, My CF 802.11b card is made by AmbiCom and it is a model XI-800, FCC ID: M4Y-08000. Like I mentioned last night, it is specifically designed to use less power. It is a little bulky in that it blocks access to the headphone port, but users have reported that they have physically modified the case without problems. There are probably better cards out there by now since I bought this about a year ago.
You can find lots of pages out there written by geeks detailing their experiences with CF wifi cards. That's how I decided on the AmbiCom card. Google around for them. Good price on the SL 5500! I've found that the Sharp stylus breaks after just a few months of use. I suggest you purchase a combination pen and stylus instead and keep the stylus inserted in the Zaurus for emergency use. I found a nice one at Office Depot that includes a black ball point pen, mechanical pencil, high-lighter and stylus that works well, though the mechanical pencil end does come unscrewed once a month. I suspect it could be cellophone taped in place.
