Bruce Perens, who helped to bring us Debian and is now considered one of the
"official" spokespersons for Linux and open source software, has analyzed
the actual SCO slideshow and written up a very interesting and IMO damning
article concerning SCO's case against Linux.

Basically: SCO doesn't have a clue concerning Linux kernel source code.

I for one believe that SCO has committed fraud in order to manipulate their
stock (SCOX) price, and that there should be a class action lawsuit against
SCO by all parties threatened with legal action for running the 2.4 kernel
(which SCO claimed contained "offending" code).
