You'll need a 50' jumper of LMR-400, about $56 from this place: http://www.fab-corp.com/ , assuming you've got an AP that takes the right connector. Linksys and Cisco do are this type. Line of sight is your friend, you really really want to get above the rooftops or you're never gonna make it. If you've got a lightning rod that's taller than the cantenna setup, then you shouldn't have a problem. See http://www.nocat.net for more technical info.
