Fuji's huh? Next on my list. I'm always up for trying a new place. Do any of you remember a fancy-shmancy place near Westjail Middle school on Jefferson Hwy called Pave'....I think that was the name. Really awesome salads....with the marinated artichoke hearts, dried tomatoes, etc but HORRIBLE sushi.....I mean really, really bad folks. That is what happens when a top rate chef decides he can read a book and become a sushi chef. It must be like being a Blue's musician....you have to feel it.
