I tend to prefer sashimi over the rolls, but I won't be happy 'til I've 
tried everything at least once.  If I go to Japan (possible since they 
have a gravity wave observatory called TAMA and LIGO has meetings there 
sometimes) I will try the puffer fish that can kill you.  But ONLY if I 
go to Japan.  I won't trust a local sushi chef to prepare it.
