Matt, I don't have any personal experience with it, but I have heard some say that they like a java based app called MoneyDance. I am still running Quicken Basic 2000 under Crossover Office 1.3. It works just fine there but I do want to get away from it as well. I too have looked at GNUCash but have not been 100% successful yet at getting my accounts to transfer from Quicken to GNUCash.
