There was also an issue of money.... it came with tires.  The vehicle
itself was kindly donated by a private citizen (not a corporation,
didn't ask for advertisement in return).  That was also one of the main
reasons we could compete.  The initial budget (I believe) was
non-existant.

Now we should have more funding, and more time to work on it.
