Yep... doing that now. I want to set up a dedicated loghost here (the current one is doing other things also) since my logs seem to be growing wildly. So, since I am going to set up a new host, I was wondering if anyone knew of any software... I would like to find something that logs to a database rather than flat files, though I am not sure how important that really is to me. Was hoping someone out there was doing something like this. > Once you've gotten that set up, you can probably > find something on http://freshmeat.net that can give you a web > interface to > syslog. > > > -- > > > Joey Kelly > < Minister of the Gospel | Linux Consultant > > http://joeykelly.net > > > "I may have invented it, but Bill made it famous." > --- David Bradley, the IBM employee that invented CTRL-ALT-DEL > > > _______________________________________________ > General mailing list > [email protected] > http://brlug.net/mailman/listinfo/general_brlug.net > -- Shannon Roddy LIGO - Caltech 225.686.3106 (work) 225.686.3174 (work #2) 225.933.7821 (cell) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
