I ordered Xandros Desktop Deluxe on June 1st, and have not recieved it yet. I
also tried to get shipping update at web site, but no luck. Also no response to
my e_mail. Has anyone had this trouble with Xandros? I think 11 days is enough

I have always received prompt service from Xandros as well. You can
check the status of your order by going here https://shop.xandros.com/login.php
and logging in with your email address and password that you used to make your
initial purchase, click on "Sign In", click on "To check your order status,
"click here", then click on "View order", at that screen you will see the
shipping method and at the bottom is the order status including tracking
number, date shipped, etc.
If you want a copy of the Open Circulation Edition, give me a call. I have the
ISO downloaded on my home box and will be glad to burn a copy for you.
