There's no flash or realplayer built into Ubuntu. There's no mplayer
built in.  It comes with totem.  By default, it's not xorg but Xfree
4.3.

Also beware of Ubuntu as it requires external repositories to be added
to install XMMS/listen to MP3's and watch DVD's.  Not something for
you to install and just "leave alone" ;)
