Thanks for the link.  This is going to be for HA and performance.  We
are having trouble connecting to the real servers. Did you use NAT?

There is nothing special required. Just configure port 389 on the LVS 
director to load-share across your real servers (i.e., the LDAP servers)

and you are done.
