That's probably your best bet.  contact the netblock owner listed from 
"whois".  also send to [EMAIL PROTECTED] . You may or may not 
get a response but it's worth a shot.  Make sure you cut and paste in 
all the headers from the email.  Don't make any assumptions, just 
present the evidence.  It helps to mention if your logs/email headers 
are NTP synced.  (I've been on the other side of some of these things)
