But the whole point of the pedal was so you did not have to move your fingers out of the home keys or stretch to farout to the ESC key in Vim. This could work if I could use it with a single key and hit it with the fat toe. This could be an incredible application for people who is a program called "Finale". This program has a music notation speed entry system that is not particulary good with QWETRY layout but as good as it gets. With this toy you could probably come with a cool layout.
