I am not sure that is really a standard. I have KVMs from Avocent, Cybex, D-link, NTI technology, and a couple of the other consumer brands. None of them have the same key sequence for switching. My D-link (I think) has you hit F1 twice for the first workstation, F2 twice for the second, etc. My Cybex has you hit some other combination. My NTI has you hit <ctrl>-` for an onscreen menu. Etc. etc. etc. There is no defacto standard that I am aware of. This is one thing that I wish would become a standard so I wouldn't have to remember what KVM I am on at the time!
