I just dont' know how you can test this.   I don't believe any of you
can "test" filling out a FEMA form, and I personally would not want to
use people's lives in a time of crisis to be IE 6 on wine guinea pigs.
 These are people who depend on this application working flawlessly to
receive assistance.

If it were any other situation that were not critical I'd be all for
trying to get IE6 working on wine.  Lets say that the situation was to
get IE6 working on wine because AOL web mail only works on IE6 and
lets say 90% of the evacuee's used AOL mail, well... this is something
we can test very easilly and prove if it works or not.  FEMA forms is
a whole other situation.
