I have a toshiba laptop running installed knoppix
I was able to get the sound working with:
" modprobe cs4232 io=0x534 irq=5 dma=1 dma2=0 "
however, when i turn the system off and on again it loses the settings. other
settings such as changes in the boot loader are fine.
How can i make the sound setting permanent?
