John here. I'm building an underground bomb shelter in my backyard and will be moving into it permanently next month. I plan to disconnect myself completely from the Internet and limit my web browsing to an archive consisting of the state of the Internet as it existed up until 1994 (it went downhill from there), which happens to fit on my mp3 player. Which I won't be using to play mp3s, BTW. I am instead going to limit myself to listening to 70s/80s (early) stadium rock vinyl records (KISS, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Blue ?yster Cult, etc) as well as some bootleg punk rock bands on cassettes that never made it to vinyl. So, if you weren't on the Internet prior to 1994, goodbye. For the rest of you, I'll email you with my new address.
