It is located in one of the old Jimmy Swaggart buildings.  It is not nearly
as secure or as protected as NTG.  There is no man-trap and they do not have
the monitoring and backup facilities.  They do not have as big of
generators.

NTG stayed up throughout Katrina.  That says a lot.
