Well, from what I am to understand, anyone using a P2P is being "monitored" as
they
download from the P2P by the R.I.A.A. Now, I'm certainly no computer genius,
but if
someone were to figure out how to "screw up" the R.I.A.A.'s
"monitoring"...using a
bazillion fake generated computer DNS(?) numbers, the R.I.A.A. can't sue THE
WORLD,
LOL! OR better yet, get the R.I.A.A.'s computers DNS address and report
themeselves
as downloading all those songs.

I have no idea why someone hasn't "challanged" the R.I.A.A. to *prove*, they
have actually
paid by check, all the artist and bands they represent the artist or bands
royality checks...
ain't gonna happen, 'cause they never do. Now, I'm sure big artist and bands
get paid,
but not everyone is a Toby Keith, KISS or Snoop Dogg. Back in the 50's and
60's there
were lots of old Rock-N-Rollers that died pennyless because of this. This
whole thing
started when a famous Rock-n-Roll band (name escapes me now) thought that they
were getting messed over by fans downloading THEIR music from KAZAA and the MOB,
errr Mafia....errr The R.I.A.A. stepped in. Sad thing is that the "judges"
that rule on this are
"bought off" or "threatened" into doing whatever the R.I.A.A. wants. Same
thing that Bill
Gates and MICRO$QUISH does.

OK, I'm off my soapbox.

Respectfully submitted,
Don/K5-MKE
