Brad, I've also been looking for some space in BR/NO. So far I've come up empty handed.
Zipa in New Orleans has a very nice facility, but very uncompetitive prices, as does Xspedius on Main St. in BR. I've talked to Jason Hunt from Hunt Brothers in Mandeville, and they are currently constructing a datacenter in Hammond, should be ready in December (?)
