I've seen it before, not sure if it was this particular product though. 
Basically an embedded linux firewall.  I'm guessing the Windows install 
app will "take-over" your network connections and forward everything to 
the linux firewall.  Not sure though, just speculating :).

They are pretty cheap... might be worth getting one to play with...
