This is not about technical limitations, it's about sabotage. Cox has given me a symmetry of shit. My download is 40, my upload is 55KB/s. There's no M in those numbers and I might as well have DSL. All the RST packets, I'm sure, are flooding my leg of the network but it will take me another 17 hours to get the rest of the file. Oh well.
