If FORTRAN is important, I have more that twenty years of experience
with it, including participation in a large team project using structured
techniques to write a global mapping program. I also participated in
the development of "Fortran M" a set of rules for writing readable and
easily maintainable programs in FORTRAN.

The mapping program was designed top down, and ran to about 20,000
lines of code. Before that my students and I wrote the Arcana program
for molecular orbital calculatins.

I am also a co-author of a paper in the IEEE Transactions on Electronic
Computers, back about 1970, that has appeared on lists of benchmark
papers in computer graphics.

Wonder if they would be interested in a part-timer who could commute
as needed from the Covington area? I have a Ph.D. in chemistry from
Northwestern U. and a Diplôme d'Études Supérieures in theoretical
physics from the Sorbonne. My last relevant academic stay was as
professor of computer science, at Loyola.

I've been retired a decade, so I am not familiar with current expectations.
