And we are pretty cheap haha :) Yea, I-55 had all their important stuff on Poydras street, but since XFone took over i'm not sure what they're doing.
You may also be thinking of DPS (http://www.dataprotection.com), who have a datacenter in Hammond. As far as I know they only provide backup services, so I'm not sure if they'd be willing to colo.
