Although I haven't used a PCI Wireless, I found that for for a Linux (at
least Ubuntu) laptop the best PCMCIA choice was a D-Link. The particular
model I purchase is a WNA-2330 and I found this one recommended from someone
on the Ubuntu Wiki. I had fought with various models that had the Broadcom
chipset and none worked consistently. I forget which chipset the D-Link uses
but it worked out of box flawlessly with no modifications to Ubuntu. Since
it came with Windows drivers, I assume it works with Windows also, but I
don't.
