We have around 120 servers in our data center. It's probably half-and- half for me. If it can be run on Linux, it is. The front end of the application runs on Windows and is served via TS. Almost everything else, databases, management, etc, is run on Linux.
Corp office might be a little heavier toward Linux and a few Unix. Windows is used only for stuff that ties directly to Windows desktops (not fighting that battle) like file/print/authentication services.
