I use Godaddy for registrar and hosting. Haven't really had any issues. Seven bucks a month and I get ssh. I did have an issue where they charged my personal credit card $300 for some ssl certificate renewals. I just called and talked to an American and said that it should've been put on a company card. They were happy to refund the charges, and did so pretty quickly.
