That has been my exact experience. Worse, one of the night classes I took, the instructor was a Unisys employee by day and an instructor by night. He not only didn't know lots of material, he was factually incorrect on a lot of it. The worst part was this wasn't just a CE certification course.
Overall, my experience with LSU was certainly not worth the money I paid for it, but I fear that it is the situation with many degree granting institutions.
