There's a fascinating article in Vanity Fair this month about Serge Aleynikov, 
the programmer who was falsely accused and ruined by the Goldman Sachs for 
doing things that most programmers do every day, backing up his code and using 
open source code.  It turns out that Goldman Sachs routinely steals open source 
code too.
