In honor of the recent work we've been putting into serf, I felt that it
would be a good idea to give commons.apache.org a face-lift. So, I did
the 'std' anakia template and logo job. Considering that we've had that
awful page there for a long time, this is a marked improvement, I think.

mailer.py doesn't have the size limit checks that our log_accum_sl.pl
does. So, the commit got bounced because it was over 100K.
