According to the 3.2 docs cts:element-value-query takes a list of option
which should include "descendant-or-child". However when I try and use
it I am getting

Owens", ("case-insensitive", "diacritic-insensitive",
"punctuation-insensitive", ...)) -- Invalid option "descendant-or-child"
Which is at fault here, the docs or MarkLogic?
