Hello,

I'm a Marklogic newbie and I'm interested in taking a look at the product
(under the community license) to see what it has to offer. To do this I'm
installing Marklogic on my work desktop which is duo-core. According to the
website this is fine under the community license: "The Community License is
available free of charge, is not time limited and may be used in production
for personal projects. It is limited to a single- or dual-CPU server and
imposes a data set limit of 100 megabytes. The Community License is
restricted to two copies per company."

But after installing Marklogic and choosing the community license option I
see that under the ONLINE DEVELOPER PROGRAM LICENSE AGREEMENT, in section
1.(b)(iv), that we're only permitted "to install, access, launch and use on
a single computer system with only one (1) processor (where each core in a
multi-core chip counts as a processor) as enabled by the Keys (the "CPUs")
or more than such number of CPUs if approved by Mark Logic in writing."

So I'm wondering whether it's OK to try out Marklogic under the community
license on a duo-core desktop or not? If anyone can clarify this for me it
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
