MarkLogic Server and its Content Processing Framework are mainly focussed on
gathering and disclosing content, not on export. I don't believe Mark Logic has
provided functionality to help with producing new Word 2003 documents within
MarkLogic Server. You might be interested in the MarkLogic Toolkit for Word
(available at http://developer.marklogic.com/code/), though it is targetting
Word 2007.

You can also just create an empty document, save that as Word XML, and use that
somehow in an Xquery, inserting any content to the body any time you are
creating a new copy. This empty document serves as a kind of template that way,
and allows referring to any style you have defined in that empty document.

Kind regards,
Geert
