Which version of MarkLogic Server?
I suppose you're referring to the "request timeout" option (default 30
seconds, I believe), in the Configure tab of the App Server you're using.
In 4.1, that's under Groups -> YourGroup -> App Servers -> YourAppServer
in the admin panel.
