The issue was the basic settings of the RecordLoader causes the documents/records to be loaded into a path looking like [document]/[key] (document/key) and not (/document/key) Thus there is no actual ROOT path in the URI of the document/record. I got passed this by doing the following in the RecordLoader settings: URI_PREFIX=/ URI_SUFFIX=.xml
